Gallery 2025: 30 Years of English Masses at St. Leonhard's

All Saints Day 2025, with an Anniversary Mass

What a joyful evening as we gathered for a special Mass for All Saints Day to also celebrate 30 years of the English-speaking community at St. Leonhard’s Church in central Frankfurt. It was a beautiful moment to look back in gratitude and give recognition to those who were with us from the very beginning. Their dedication and faith helped shape this community into what it is today.
We were deeply honored to welcome back Father Martin Löwenstein SJ, our founding pastor, and Brother Anil Suthi, OFM Cap, our former cooperating priest who returned to India this year, as concelebrants with Father Christian Enke. Their presence made the celebration even more meaningful, reminding us of the strong bonds and shared history we hold.
The celebrations continued at the nearby Dompfarrsaal (the parish hall of St. Bartholomew's Cathedral) with a wonderful evening buffet and reception dedicated to our founding members. It was a night filled with delicious food, good drinks, warm laughter, and cherished memories—a chance to look back on how far we have come together.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who planned, prepared, served, decorated, cooked, cleaned, sang, and supported in any way. Your hard work and joyful spirit made this celebration truly special.
Here’s to our shared past, our vibrant present, and the future we continue to build together.
